1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a connector manufacturer with 19 years of experience. We

support on-site factory inspections.
2. Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ of standard products is 500 pieces. Customized products
need to be evaluated based on the process. Some products support
100 trial orders.
3. Q: Can free samples be provided?
A: 1-2 free samples can be provided, but the customer needs to bear
the international shipping costs; when there are many sample
categories, the sample fee can be fully refunded after placing an
order.
4. Q: What are the payment methods?
A: Support T/T (30% advance payment + 70% see the copy of the bill
of lading), LC, Paypal (small orders), specific details can be
negotiated.
5. Q: How long is the delivery cycle?
Answer: 15-20 days for conventional products, 25-30 days for
customized products (including sample confirmation time), and an
additional 10% fee is required for expedited orders.

reissue with the test report within 7 days after receiving the
